In the distant future, the S-1 colony is on the brink of extinction due to wartime radioactive contamination. With their population forced to live underground, a group of scientists work to make the planet inhabitable again. An opportunistic military leader Zeo Gattler launches a surprise attack on the scientists and frames their work as the cause for S-1's troubles. Gattler then departs the planet with the surviving population on a colony ship to seek out a new home world. Marin Raygun, the lead scientist's son, attempts to take revenge on Zeo but is caught in the ship's warp engines and time-slips back to Earth around the year 2100. Marin then joins the military force Blue Fixer to defend the Earth against Gattler's S-1 force...
